స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికల నామినేషన్ల సందర్భంగా తిరుపతి, కడప, పులివెందులలో చోటుచేసుకున్న హింసాత్మక ఘటనలపై వైఎస్సార్సీపీ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించింది. తమ అభ్యర్థులకు భద్రత కల్పించాలని, రాష్ట్రంలో పారా మిలటరీ బలగాలను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని కోరుతూ డివిజన్ బెంచ్లో హౌస్ మోషన్ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసింది. సీసీ కెమెరాలు, వెబ్కాస్టింగ్పై సింగిల్ బెంచ్ ఇచ్చిన ఉత్తర్వులను కూడా సవాల్ చేసింది.
YSRCP approaches High Court over incidents in Tirupati, Kadapa and Pulivendula
The YSRCP has approached the High Court over the violent incidents that took place in Tirupati, Kadapa and Pulivendula during the filing of nominations for the local body elections. It filed a house motion petition before a division bench seeking security for its candidates and the deployment of paramilitary forces in the state. It also challenged the single bench’s orders on CCTV cameras and webcasting.
