దాచేపల్లి నగర పంచాయతీ వైఎస్సార్సీపీ అభ్యర్థి కొప్పుల రవికుమార్పై నమోదైన కేసు విషయంలో గురజాల సివిల్ జడ్జి కోర్టు కీలక ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. రవికుమార్తో రేపు నామినేషన్ దాఖలు చేయించాలని, నామినేషన్ సమయంలో ఆయనను బెదిరించవద్దని పోలీసులకు సూచించింది. అలాగే ఆయనపై థర్డ్ డిగ్రీ ప్రయోగించకూడదని స్పష్టం చేసింది.
Relief for YSRCP in Gurazala court; Ravikumar must be allowed to file nomination
The Gurazala Civil Judge’s Court has issued crucial orders in the case registered against Dachepalli Nagar Panchayat YSRCP candidate Koppula Ravikumar. It directed the police to ensure that Ravikumar files his nomination tomorrow and not to threaten him during the process. The court also made it clear that third-degree methods must not be used against him.
