వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే కేతిరెడ్డి పెద్దారెడ్డిపై తాడిపత్రి పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. టీడీపీ నేత జేసీ ప్రభాకర్‌రెడ్డి ఆగడాలను ధీటుగా ఎదుర్కొంటామని వ్యాఖ్యానించినందుకే కేసు నమోదు చేశారని వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ నేతలు ఆరోపిస్తున్నారు. బీఎన్‌ఎస్‌ 192, 351(2), 223 సెక్షన్ల కింద కేసు నమోదైంది. వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ నేతలను బెదిరిస్తున్నారని ఆరోపణలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న జేసీపై చర్యలు తీసుకోకపోవడం, కౌన్సిలర్ అభ్యర్థి వేణుగోపాల్‌ను బెదిరించిన ఘటనపై పోలీసుల తీరును పార్టీ శ్రేణులు ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నాయి.
Case registered against Kethireddy Peddareddy
Tadipatri police have registered a case against former YSRCP MLA Kethireddy Peddareddy. YSRCP leaders allege that the case was filed because he said they would firmly counter the alleged excesses of TDP leader JC Prabhakar Reddy. The case was registered under Sections 192, 351(2) and 223 of the BNS. Party cadres have questioned the police conduct over their failure to take action against JC, who faces allegations of threatening YSRCP leaders, and over the incident in which councillor candidate Venugopal was allegedly threatened.
