ఏపీలో స్థానిక ఎన్నికల నామినేషన్ల సందర్భంగా చోటుచేసుకుంటున్న పరిణామాలపై వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ అధినేత, మాజీ సీఎం వైఎస్ జగన్‌మోహన్ రెడ్డి తీవ్రంగా స్పందించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో రాజ్యాంగం కుప్పకూలిపోయిందని, ప్రజాస్వామ్యాన్ని పట్టపగలే ఖూనీ చేస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. వరుసగా రెండో రోజు కూడా చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం శాంతిభద్రతలను నిర్వీర్యం చేసిందని, టీడీపీ శ్రేణులకు అండగా పోలీసు యంత్రాంగాన్ని ఉపయోగించుకుంటున్నారని విమర్శించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో రాజకీయ హింస పెరిగిపోయి జంగిల్‌రాజ్ కొనసాగుతోందని మండిపడ్డారు. ఈ మేరకు ఆయన ఓ వీడియోను షేర్ చేస్తూ ఏపీలో రాష్ట్రపతి పాలన విధించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
President’s Rule should be imposed in AP: YS Jagan demands
YSRCP chief and former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has strongly reacted to the developments during the nominations for local body elections in Andhra Pradesh. He alleged that the Constitution has collapsed in the state and that democracy is being murdered in broad daylight. He criticised the Chandrababu government, saying it had undermined law and order for the second consecutive day and was using the police machinery to support TDP cadres. He lashed out that political violence had increased in the state and that jungle raj was prevailing. Sharing a video to this effect, he demanded that President’s Rule be imposed in Andhra Pradesh.
