కడపలో నామినేషన్ ప్రక్రియ సందర్భంగా తమ అభ్యర్థులపై దాడులు చేసి, నామినేషన్ పత్రాలను లాక్కొని చించివేశారని వైఎస్సార్సీపీ మేయర్ అభ్యర్థి దీప్తి రెడ్డి, మాజీ మేయర్ పాక సురేష్ ఆరోపించారు. గాంధీనగర్లోని సీఎస్ఐ చర్చి సమీప మున్సిపల్ పాఠశాల నామినేషన్ కేంద్రం వద్ద జరిగిన ఘటనపై కడప డీఎస్పీ భవానికి వినతిపత్రం సమర్పించారు. ఘటనకు సంబంధించిన వీడియోలను అందజేసి, బాధ్యులపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరారు.
Attacks on YSRCP candidates in Kadapa.. Deepti complains to DSP
YSRCP mayoral candidate Deepti Reddy and former mayor Paka Suresh alleged that their candidates were attacked during the nomination process in Kadapa, and that their nomination papers were snatched and torn up. They submitted a petition to Kadapa DSP Bhavani over the incident at the nomination centre at the municipal school near the CSI Church in Gandhinagar. They also handed over videos of the incident and urged strict action against those responsible.
